We have an easy three step registration process.
- Simply select the location you desire.
- Select your start date.
- Select your start time.
IMPORTANT: You must register at least two days prior to starting your program. This means you must register by Saturday at 5pm if you want to begin on the upcoming Monday.

Do not forget signing up for our program means you can attend as many sessions at any location you like. This means you have a possible 10-15 workouts per week with a certified personal trainer.
